Sweet, dig the black front fender.I've always put a black rear on any bike I've had-I have no idea why really.

It looks like you need to put the stock front fender back on. That black one doesn't look right.

I've heard that some people use black front mudguards on purpose. They say that it is harder to spot for other riders when you are passing them. If a bright red or green or whatever colored mudguard flashes in the corner of your eye you know at once that someone is passing you and you can try to cut him off. A black fender is much harder to register in this regard so it gives an advantage when you are passing someone. Or so they say :).

Back in the day (maybe still do?), desert racers used to paint there front fenders flat black, but that was to cut out and glare from the sun.

Kind of off topic... The kxf fender just made me start thinking about front fenders. But has anyone tried cutting off the back part of the front fender, then put the rest of the fender on upside down, just for fun?

Cause if not... I'm doing this.

You should mount the handlebars upside down as well, This will look awesome.
