I have just spoken to the Husaburg dealer here in Newcastle inquiring about the new 2 stroke Bergs. He tells me they are due in October and all his allocated bikes are already sold 2 months in advance all with cash deposits. He told me the front suspension is far superior to the existing KTM front end. The guys in the shop are all looking forward to riding the new bergs. I do not know of any four jokes pre- sold months in advance! Has any one heard of this?

Though a virtual KTM clone,it's entirely possible the suspension is somewhat different as a different group of engineers work on the suspension/settings.
-
might be better for off road stuff but I doubt its a better mx suspension than ktm

I don't think that the new Berg 2-strokes are any different than the KTM-250/300xc-w models except they have the lights like the older exc's.Awe yeah....and their blue.

Yeah they are blue, but I have to say that I love them in blue. Never been really a fan of KTM orange color. Liked them most back in 94 when they were black/purple scheme.
By the way, they may actually have different suspension (and maybe) engine settings, but they are the same KTM EXC bikes (with different plastics and other minor things). Anyway, if the get a blue motocrosser, i'll buy one.

Who told you two strokes are dead?

Sad to say but my local Yamaha dealer, He kept for himself the last of the two strokes of every model in the Honda range all are on his show room floor but not for sale, and his staff are always telling me two strokes are basically non existent. He sells Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Husky, and only Husky has a road registrable two stroke. One of his sale staff can not believe the stupidity with Yamaha giving up on the two stroke trail-bike. He is always telling me that if Yamaha were to make a Two stroke trail bike road registrable he is sure they could never keep up with the demand.
