i have a deal for one of these two bikes i dont know a whole lot about them. info and tips would be appriciated

I would go with honda. Not bashing suzuki owners, but I have seen enough to say go with honda.

I love RM's but in those years,definitely CR.Those were some of the best years for the CR.

Honda for sure, the Suzuki is probably still a great bike but like Ford said that was some of the best years for Honda.

Both of these are bad bikes. Either one is good. In fact, Talon Vohland used a 95 cylinder on his 99 FMF CR when he was racing against Ricky Carmichael. There were times when he passed RC like he was standing still.

Personally I would go with the Suzuki RM-125. I've owned more RM's in my life than any other MX bike and my most recent was a 97 RM-250 & that bike ran great & was very reliable.Although I can't say to much about the Honda because I've only owned 1 Honda in my life & it was only a Mini Trail 50.My best advice is to look both of the bikes over really good & go with your gut.Pick the bike you feel most comfortable with buy it and GO RIDE....... ;)
