Hi Guys,
As I'm sure some of you have noticed, there is a new Administrator for the forum, his name is Charles Owens.
Both the Web site and forum have been sold to Charles, along with all the properties associated with the sites.
I made the decision to sell based on many personal reasons. It was a difficult to let it go, as I've met so many wonderful people here.
I will be around and drop by from time to time. Of course I'll help Charles with anything he asks for or needs.
Charles has some amazing plans to take the site to the next level. I for one can't wait to see them! Please show him the same loyalty and respect that you have been so kind to share with me.
Thank you so much for all your support over the past 3 years.
Best Regards,
John

Welcome Charles.

Sorry to see you go John :'(
You've created one of the most respectful, informative and fun sites out there.Hopefully your future plans don't include the creation of "Fourstroke Motocross" ;)
I just had a thought, you stated you talk directly to Maico International and have now freed up some time. You're going to work for them aren't you.If so,I'll take a 125 test bike please :D

Hey John,
Thanks for the update. Hopefully you will continue to add into the great discussions here. Looking forward to the development of this site and forum
-
John I'm happy for you... I feel I've gotten to know you over the past few years, and I want to wish you well in your future endeavors.
-
Holy Balls! I guess this means that John isn't "The Bawss" anymore... I can't even wrap my head around that, it doesn't compute.
-
Fair winds and following seas John, it's been a pleasure.
Best,
Don
-
Thanks John
You've made a big difference in the fight for two stroke equality! Stay in touch, allways respected your opinion. Bill
-
Thanks John,
Through TSM you brought together people from every corner of the globe with a common interest in, and love of, motorcycles. You know that we are going to hold Charles to the same (impossibly) high standards that you set. Good luck in your next endeavor.
P.S. Sure you wouldn't reconsider?
-
Thanks John.
Good luck in your future endeavors.
And thanks for starting a great site with a good bunch of people. Yes even you Jetz :)
-
Thanks for what you've done and good luck with the next gig, whatever that may be!

I've already told you this, but best of luck and don't be stranger!
Congrats Charles and I am anxious to see what your plans for the site are!
-
congrats to Charles!!
good luck to John!! thanks for bringing all of us together. :D
-
Thanks John!
Thank's for the support guys.
It turns out John and I pretty much had/have the same ideas for TSM, and there are some big plans coming. :)
In 2011 TSM will be offering coverage of as many events in the U.S. as possible, we will also have a few riders racing the VXCS Hare Scramble series(including myself).
I will be working on a few sponsorships for some fast, head strong, dedicated racers.
I am looking to build a TSM 'team', a small group of dedicated people to help with obtaining the goal of TSM, Graphic designer, guest editors, etc.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to contribute, or if you have any comments or suggestions!
If anyone would like they can add me on facebook for easier contact. www.facebook.com/CharlesTOwens (http://www.facebook.com/CharlesTOwens)
I will keep everyone updated with plans to come!
Thanks again for the support!
-
Thank you sincerely for all the kind words and wishes.
This site is going to only get better and better in the future. That is because of all of you dedicated two-stroke fans.
Like I said I'll be dropping by once in a while to add my two cents to things! 8) 8)

VXCS is the local Virginia Cross Country Series

If the site is looking for anyone to race some nationals on a 2-stroke Ill be doing some next year, or thats the plan as of now, Watson777 is wanting to do some too sounds like.
I might even race a SX or two, like I tried last year just depends on my leg, and what kind of preparation I can have done in the next 3 months.
