Anybody out there use a steering dampner and if so, do you like it?
Was thinking about one for my bike, its a 2007 HONDA CR125.

I've got a WER steering damper on my Maico and am very pleased with the performance of the unit. The steering damper makes close calls a little less scary and has saved my rear end more then a few times. For an offroad application I would highly recommend one.

I have a Scott's damper on my 04 cr500af (2002 gen 3 cr250 chassis). I have been using it for around 6 months, I have had the bike for 3 years.
Big improvement in rocks and deep sand washes.
I used to get worked on the 500 after 40-60 miles, I did 80 miles of mixed black diamond trails and fire roads a couple of weeks ago, I still had a little left.
I would highly recommend the Scott's.

I had a GPR on my KTM 250XC a couple of years back, I liked it, but it needed a rebuild within the 1st 6 months on the bike(GPR would have done it for free, but I sold the bike)

My 1st choice is WER ( I have owned 2) Part of my decision was not to have a dampner on the handlebar area. The WER unit mounts on the lower triple clamp.

I have GPR under bar mount on my KX250, I love it on the roots and rutted out trails around here, it has also completely stopped the twitchy feeling my bike had at max speed. I only have it dialed at 2 1/2. thinking bout having them revalve it for more sensitive adjusting, might just be able to bleed it out and use a lighter fluid, but it works great where i have it set so I'll look into that further once it needs rebuilding.

I have a WER on my kdx. I ride mostly single track and woods. I don't think I want to ride without one anymore. It really helps smooth things out, and make the entire bike feel more solid.
