who whould be a good person to preform porting and polishing on a 1979 yz 250 flattracker

Erik Gorr would a be a decent choice. I believe Harry Klemm is also porting still?

Harry did the port job on my kawasaki f81m 250 barrell and did a really beautiful job  :)

Only thing that should be polished is your knob, has no place in a engine.

Really? Pics  ;D. Harry Klemm is almost next to none when it comes down to porting.
