FYI 2005 through 2010 is the same....

Dont do it... It'll turn an ugly yellow in time like the 85 - 94 tanks did.

Hey MX-14,I'd look at the IMS or ACERBIS brand for a nice all white non translucent YZ tank.I would'nt worry too much about the tank fading or turning yellow if you get one of the better brand of tanks plus I would imagine that you will probably put a graphics kit on your bike anyway which will protect the white tank from scratches & sun fade. :)

The sun actually helps bleach the yellow out of the white tanksā?¦ But mark my words, they do turn yellow no matter the quality/brand. Still ugly and noticeable even with most of it covered by graphics. Just my $0.02

Just an FYI - on the Project Two 50 machine we used a black gas tank... sure it goes with the graphics scheme, but we don't have to worry about the white of the tank matching the rest of the plastics.
Nor the white changing color or looking dingy....
