David Brocavich:  "So, tell me how you really feel about the AMA's four stroke rule..."
Jeremy McGrath:  "I think we should all ride two strokes, that's my answer to that. Bring back the two strokes, I miss that noise, and I miss the smell. Oh, and the racing, yeah the racing was better to."

I wonder why he glanced to his right at someone and smiled after answering? and there was a break in the video in the middle of his response. Almost like they talked about the question coming and the right thing to say.

He's right, the racing was better from 3rd to 10th. Atlest in his era there were still only a couple guys winning the majority of the time.

Yep, even though he does smile during his answer, I really do think that is his real opinion. I dont think he is someone that would say something just to get a response from others, or to stir controversy. Its not his style, and I dont see him starting now. And the racing definitely was better in the two stroke days. The tracks were better, especially the supercross tracks, and if they were to build those supercross tracks from the 90s for this season, a two stroke wouldn't be at a disadvantage, and a smart pro would consider riding one, because all the upramps and downramps were so steep that guys on those overweight 450's would be going over the bars left, right and centre. I really think that is a major problem with not seeing two strokes at the pro level, the tracks are built for the four strokes. Let me design and build a track, and there would be a few guys on two strokes, I guarantee it !!

;D I didnt say anything bad FactoryX. Im sure every big name in the industry knows the fan feedback when they give an opinion about the displacement rules. I just think his response was discussed and not mindlessly answered like the others. Thats a good thing.

The racing part...well, Ive been a race fan since 1993 and I think the racing has always been pretty good. Racing did seem to be closer in the 90s and early 00s but there still has always been a couple 'top guys' winning most of the time. Jeremy smoked everyone in SX from 1993-1997, how was that any different? It didnt bother me any but Im sure it may have been boring for others.

Snook there are many reasons to explain Jeremy's actions. Perhaps he was nervous to give his honest opinion because it is obviously a very controversial opinion and goes against one of his main sponsors. But I'm with Malcolm here hah.
