The only screw i find that can be adjusted has a spring in it and i figure thats idle. where is the air mixture screw?
-
Directly below it.A little brass screw that sits flush rather than stick out like the idle screw.

On my '98 YZ250, the idle screw is also the choke plunger, it rotates to change the idle. The air screw is the only one on the side of the carb.
-
Would this be any different for my 2001 cr125? It has a mikuni carb.
-
It should be right above the float bowl, left side of carb back by the clamp that goes on the airboot its a small slotted screw that sits flush in the carb body....should be 1 1/2 to 2 turns out from fully bottomed as a starting spot
