Last summer i thought i was done with mx being 39 an my son racing every weekend yz (85), i sold my 03 rm 250. It only took a couple of months to realize i missed it an wanted another bike, ive been looking all winter an either cldnt find anything or people wanted way to much, to make a long story short i decided to put an add on craigslist wanting a 250 2 stroke to see what was out there, i got a few hits but nothing really good, then the other day i got a text that said (ive got a 03 rm 250 in ex shape). I called the guy an he sent a pic, it was my old bike
I went an bought it yesterday

That's awesome. I had bikes my whole life. Am 40 this year as well.
I just can't stop lol !!

I don't know about where you guys are, but here in Arkansas 2 strokes are rising in price.Its hard to find one for a decent price 4 strokes every where for sale thou.

Awesome story mxracer. I sold my 2002 CR250, and missed it bad. I tried to find the guy and buy it back with no luck. Found one that was way cleaner though, still had the original chain and sprockets. Snapped it up. I miss my old sweetheart, but l think I like her twin sister even more...
